Avoid negative people. Associate yourself with supportive, loving friends. At this critical time in your life you do not need to be around people who do not support the therapy you have chosen. If you must deal with people who do not agree with your choice, then don't talk about it or mention it as little as possible.
Find people who do support you. Many cities have cancer support groups or uplifting and inspirational activities in which you can participate.
If you find your new diet difficult, perhaps signing up for some natural foods cooking classes may help. Your local health food store may also be a source of support and networking, along with your fellow church members.
NEVER ALLOW ACUTE PAIN TO CONTINUE WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOUR PHYSICIAN.
